Search online for your best chance. You might luck into them at a gun show, depending on the state. They are illegal in some states. I don’t know how these will perform in a handgun.

  3. What is the slowest lightest pistol round you have tested? My thought is a 380 might be better then 40sw or 9mm in a HOME defence situation. If the bullet stops in the target thats 100% enegery transfer even if the round is smaller in size

  5. In case you didn’t know, someone uploaded this video to LiveLeak. I’m sure you put a lot of time and effort into making this, so I figured you might want to know that someone else is taking credit for your work.

  9. Wow, relax guys.

I was just basing my comment on entertainment value. I understand that this guy is producing truly educational info with a hint of humor. This vid was all entertainment like FPS‘ and i guess my comment was a failed attempt at humor.

Didn’t mean to piss off the locals.

  11. I wonder if someone could dodge the .22lr if it was a tracer since you can easily see it coming at you. I would imagine you would have to be quite a distance away to react to it.

  12. There is a video on Y.T. somewheres that shows you and yes you can see almost all rounds coming at you if the lighting is right. i.e. outside, sun behind you….I would say no, you couldnt dodge a bullet because of our reaction time to it. Becasue even at 400 yrds, that little 22 lr bullet is closing in pretty fast at you, even at that distance, I believe it is faster then your reaction time from your eyes to your brain to your body to move.

  13. Sorry, I forgot about this part, but when I watched that video, you could only see the bullets when they were about half way to you. You could literally see them coming in on the target and yes, it was fast for being 400 yrds. LOL

  14. All from the hardware store…..steel bracket, C-Clamp, wood spacer, and duct tape. The style of camera you use will alter the setup.

  15. Looks like shooting a Star Wars blaster….erm, except you hit what you’re aiming at

Thanks for the vid, those look like a ton of fun
