  1. The KT06 kit contains 6 Cubelets and is a great way to get started with modular robotics. With KT06, you can create simple mobile and reactive Cubelet robots.
    FOR 160$ ????????

  2. These would be a serious hit in our home and I think they are a great product, but not at the price. To really get the benefit of these I would imagine that you need no less than 15-20. The kit of 20 goes for $520…

  5. Talk about a 1st world toy! I could feed a village in Africa for a month with $500. you need to move the price’s decimal point one digit to the left and these will fly off the shelf.

  7. I think it’s a great idea for educational toys, but you’re REALLY going to have to bring that price down. Sounds like alot of these blocks use some pretty simple motors.

  10. the starter pack is 6 for $160, but individually, they’re $25 each. You’re charging $10 extra for the initial 6, so that right there seems too expensive, and even at $25 each, that price is a little steep for me.

  13. Fun concept, absurd price. Also, the functionality of the ‚creations‘ is weak compared to my old erector set. These things are too small and look underpowered. Who the hell needs heat sensitivity?!

  14. And then this guy finally snaps, builds a flying sleigh out of cubelets and spends his holidays delivering cubelets to children everywhere.

  15. Wow these are really cool! I can see this being a huge toy craze in the near future.

I would like to in the future use my cubelets with ‚game‘ modules that let me play certain games with my cubes. Sort of like creating little video game characters in the real world.

  16. I shocked myself a little hat when I noticed the price. Unfortunate peanut butter but I won’t buy them.
I’ll keep them in the holes though.
